This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description We are seeking a CX Digital Transformation Project Manager who operates as a hybrid of Project/Program Manager (50%) and Business Analyst (50%). You will drive business clarity, cross-functional alignment, and end-to-end delivery of new systems + processes that improve growth outcomes and customer/operator experience (e.g., CDP and connected MarTech stack). Ways of working: You will not be expected to build solutions alone. This role operates in a cross-functional delivery model with dedicated Technology and Data partners, supported by global/local platform/system owners and external delivery partners where needed. This is not a software engineering role—most of the time you will not be writing code. Your impact comes from translating business needs into executable plans and ensuring solutions are delivered and adopted. Job Responsibilities - Transformation Roadmap & Portfolio Management: - Own the integrated North America delivery roadmap across the four priorities: Precision Marketing (MarTech/CDP), Lead & ABM Management, Website/APP Relaunch, and Sales Enablement. - Collaborate with key stakeholders from Marketing, CD, CD Ops, Tech and Data functions, define scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing needs, and success metrics; drive prioritization with stakeholders to maximize business impact and speed-to-value. - Project / Program Management (≈50%): - Lead delivery planning and governance: workplans, RAID, dependency tracking, release planning, UAT readiness, go-live and stabilization. - Establish and run operating rhythm: weekly WIPs, cross-functional working sessions, milestone reviews, and executive updates—ensuring decisions, ownership, and actions are captured and closed. - Manage external partners/SIs when applicable: align on SOW, quality standards, timelines, and value realization. - Business Analyst / Business Expert (≈50%): - Lead requirements definition and process design: facilitate workshops and translate business needs into BRDs/user stories, process maps, data requirements, and acceptance criteria. - Co-design with stakeholders and operationalize new processes and ways of working for new systems/solutions. - Partner with Tech/Data teams who own configuration, development, and deployment—ensuring business intent is correctly implemented and validated. - Cross-Functional & Global-to-Local Orchestration: - Act as the connector between local business teams (CD, CD Ops, Marketing, CX) and Data/Tech and global platform owners, enabling localization while maintaining alignment with global standards. - Drive trade-off discussions (MVP vs. completeness, global vs. local requirements, timing vs. complexity) and bring forward clear options and recommendations. - Data, Measurement and Improvement: - Partner with Data/Tech teams to ensure end-to-end readiness across data and systems: dependencies, instrumentation/tracking, QA/UAT coordination, release readiness, and reporting requirements. - Drive adoption through playbooks, training, communications, and feedback loops in partnership with CD Ops/Marketing and other stakeholders. - Lead post-launch optimization cycles; translate learnings into backlog prioritization and iterative improvements; support scale-up decisions based on results. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or related fields (Master’s a plus). - 6–10+ years of experience spanning digital transformation / program or project management and business analysis / product delivery. - Proven track record delivering MarTech/CDP/CRM/Lead management capabilities end-to-end (requirements → build → test → launch → adoption). - Experience working with Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Data/Analytics, and Technology teams to implement new tools and workflows with measurable adoption. - Experience collaborating with global platform/system owners and balancing global standards with local business needs. Requirements - Strong project/program management discipline (scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID, release planning, executive communication). - Strong BA toolkit: requirements, user stories, process mapping, acceptance criteria, and workshop facilitation. - Commercial and operational fluency: understands funnel mechanics and sales execution, and can translate goals into measurable operating metrics. - Data and measurement mindset: comfortable defining KPIs, tracking needs, and dashboard requirements. - Comfortable partnering with technical teams on integration and data-flow topics without needing to code. - Strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and bias to action in ambiguous environments. Nice to Have - Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce (CRM/Data Cloud/Marketing Cloud/Agentforce) and/or Adobe (AEM/Marketo/Adobe CDP/Analytics). - Experience with ABM/intent ecosystems (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo, Bombora). - PMP/PRINCE2 and/or Agile (Scrum/SAFe) certification; experience managing external SI/agency partners. Benefits - Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan. - Health insurance (including prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage). - Retirement savings benefits. - Life insurance and disability benefits. - Parental leave, sick leave, paid vacation and holidays. - Access to numerous voluntary benefits.
