Qualifications - 3–5 years of software development experience with distributed systems. - Experience designing and implementing highly scalable cloud-based APIs and services. - Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Python and Go, with strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency. - Experience with real-time distributed systems, resilient service patterns (backpressure, idempotency, retries, timeouts, circuit-breaking). - Hands-on DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and cloud services (AWS Kinesis, DynamoDB, S3). - Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, logging, and tracing frameworks. - Familiarity with production ML systems and MLOps, including model deployment, training pipelines, and monitoring, is a strong plus. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams. - Linux proficiency and understanding of distributed system design, reliability, and operational best practices.
