Role Description The Software Engineer – Database (SQL) will join an Agile development team responsible for RouteOne’s web applications, data projects, special projects, and/or supporting tools. The Software Engineer – Database should be passionate about code quality and software excellence, with extensive development experience. Collaborating closely with other software engineers, architects, and team members is a must. Qualifications - 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft SQL Server or Microsoft Azure Environment in the role of database developer. - 4-year degree in Computer Science, certification, or equivalent experience. Requirements - Understand business needs regarding data integration, data engineering and data operations in order to build end-to-end data pipeline for application and analytical purposes. - Develop scalable and re-usable frameworks for ingestion and transformation of data sets. - Participate in design and code reviews, suggesting improvements and troubleshooting. - Work with other team members at the architecture, design, and code levels to ensure standards-based, high performance systems. - Actively participate at internal community of practice events to help with continuous learning. - Perform all work in accordance with company’s quality programs, standards, and procedures. - Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility. Skills - Develop solutions using database development tools and languages such as Microsoft T-SQL. - Knowledge of DevOps, other programming languages such as Python or Scala will be an added advantage. - Experience working in data integration tools such as SQL Server Integration Services or similar tools. - Experience with logical/physical database design and Business Intelligence tools is a plus. - Knowledge of reporting tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI). Role Description The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be expected to grow revenue and manage account relationships within automotive dealers in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, based out of the Chicago Metropolitan area. This position will act as the primary RouteOne “in-market” contact point for both lenders and dealers. Our Business Development Manager must possess a sound understanding of dealership systems, credit processes, and online products as well as an ability to execute sales strategy, generate sales reports, and identify opportunities to increase sales volume while ensuring service levels are met. - Deliver on account strategy including meeting all timeline metrics for each account. - Become the source for identifying new opportunities within the market and assessing competitive products and services. - Assist in acquiring new lender accounts. - Develop existing lender relationships and provide lender field sales support and training. - Engage with clients in person, over the phone and Internet (e.g., chat, email, video conferencing, etc.) to close sales and support training. - Increase application volume within RouteOne dealerships. - Increase volume/revenue of eContracting, Credit Bureaus, DMS Integration, and other dealer-facing functionalities (ID verification, etc.). - Collect feedback from dealers and lenders and become the “Voice of the Customer;” feeding the product improvement cycle. - Represent RouteOne at conferences and trade shows as required. - Assist in RouteOne deployment activities. - Develop and maintain a contact plan for all accounts. - Develop and maintain a work plan and document all activities (CRM). - Maintain an open line of communication with internal teams including reporting account status on a regular basis. - Respond to client inquiries and offer guidance on appropriate products and services. - Completes moderately complex sales with minimal supervision. - Deliver on assigned sales goals. - Create and present advanced cost analysis reports for dealerships and dealer groups. - Perform comprehensive analyses of customer data and workflows and recommend solutions. Qualifications - Expert knowledge of dealership systems, credit processes, and online products. - Advanced understanding of auto dealer and indirect lender processes and relationships. - Thorough understanding of dealership technology including internet B2B commerce. - Thorough understanding of dealership F&I processes/workflows (including relevant variations) and how F&I interacts with other dealership departments and operations. - AFIP Certification. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Must have access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. - Ability and discipline to work from home, Internet access, and the ability to travel (up to 50% overnight stays). - AFIP certification must be up to date. - Successful completion of assigned R1U skills curriculum. - 6+ years of sales experience. Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Visio. - Familiar with Salesforce software. Abilities - Able to build relationships both within and across organizations. - Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening). - Strong selling and negotiation skills. - Exceptional group presentation skills. - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. - Able to complete moderately complex sales with minimal supervision. - Ability to obtain a working understanding of company products/services.

The Software Engineer-Python should be passionate about code quality and software excellence, with extensive development experience. Collaborating closely with other analysts, architects, and team members is a must. This role blends software engineering, data management, and analytical problem solving to drive business insights and efficiency. Qualifications - Knowledge of popular software development processes, i.e., agile, scrum, and feature driven development. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. - Experience troubleshooting and resolving application defects within a mature production system. - Working knowledge in distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, and micro service frameworks. - Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest. Requirements - Design, develop, and maintain Python applications for data processing, analytics, system integration, and reporting. - Integrate internal and external systems through APIs, databases, and automation scripts. - Build, optimize, and document ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows for structured and unstructured data. - Work closely with business teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable, reliable solutions. - Implement best practices in code quality, data security, and performance optimization. - Contribute to technical documentation and ensure smooth handoffs across teams. - Participate in the internal community of practice sessions. - Perform all work in accordance with RouteOne quality programs. - Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility. Requirements - Build user interface and server-side components using approved frameworks producing quality code. - Participate in design and code reviews suggesting improvements and troubleshooting. - Collaborate at the architecture, design, and code levels to ensure standards-based, high-performance systems. - Actively participate in an internal community of practice events to help with continuous learning. - Perform all work in accordance with the company’s quality programs, standards, and procedures. - Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility.
