Director, Partner Management

• Partner Management Strategy. Expectations include knowing who, why and how to partner with a company to deliver value to consumers, financial institutions and TruStage. • Business Outcome Delivery. Drive the enabling partner strategy and develop a roadmap to ensure a consistent pipeline of partners to meet business outcomes. • External Network Development. Deep sense for knowing who to partner with and able navigate competing partner demands. • People Leadership. Managing the Enabling Partner Management team, consisting of two groups: (1) Partner Managers who own the overall relationship with the technology partner and, (2) Partner Support who have great technical depth to implement and manage products and services with partners. • Effective Communication. Effectively represent TruStage and Enabling Partners strategies internally and externally to deliver mutually beneficial business outcomes. • Enabling Partner Capability Ownership. Work with the cross functional team to manage business, marketing and financial outcomes; monitor metrics to identify issues and opportunities; adjust business plans to meet objectives. • Director: Leads a particular segment of the business. They work to administer organizational activities, analyze, review and develop business strategies. Directors delegate tasks and hire proficient managers. They contribute to financial objectives by forecasting partner engagements; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Directors grow the business by strategic alignment with others in the organization and typically accomplish their objectives through managers versus staff. With high profile partners, the Director may need to own the relationship.
Job Requirements
- Must have direct or indirect experience with Enabling Partners as described in the job purpose.
- Wide network of contacts in the partner ecosystem as described in the job purpose.
- Understand integration concepts between organizations with focus on an API ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Contract negotiation and pricing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to assess business risk, manage and execute strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with strong presentation, public speaking and collaboration/influencing skills.
- Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, time management and decision making skills.
