• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with VIP clients • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback • Help maintain high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty • Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate client records and documentation • Support data tracking and analysis related to client satisfaction and performance • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client objectives and expectations • Assist senior account managers with ongoing tasks and projects

Job Requirements

  • Native-level language skills in either Bahasa Malaysia (Malay) or Mandarin
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, chat platforms, or client-facing environments
  • Basic understanding of the iGaming industry or working with VIP/high-value clients
