Business Development Manager

Caliber Corporate Advisers

• Support our business development strategy and outreach focused on targeting financial services, fintech, insurance, insurtech, real estate, proptech and related professional services businesses. • Manage leads, working closely with Caliber’s leadership team to help craft effective proposals and proactively identifying additional opportunities to grow the agency. • Vet RFIs and RFPs and, if deemed appropriate, work with team members to develop responses and ensure timely and impactful submission. • Work closely with individual team members to craft and refine successful capabilities and proposal decks. • Prepare consulting agreements and amendments in close coordination with management. • Work closely with our senior leadership team to finalize staffing of all new clients and ensure a successful handover to the client team. • Ensure our sales CRM is consistently updated. • Develop and maintain ongoing target lead lists. • Create monthly & quarterly business development reports for Caliber’s CEO and senior leadership team. • Represent Caliber at relevant conferences and events to forge new relationships and support existing.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience and/or public relations experience, ideally in a public relations agency setting
  • Experience in pitching new business and developing sharp, tailored proposals
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and high-level executives both verbally and in writing
  • Enthusiasm for fintech and financial services
  • Solutions oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Team player, supportive and considerate of others
  • Proven track record of closing new business
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once, work quickly while paying attention to detail and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Provide mentorship to the other alliance team members. Qualifications - 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting enterprise solution sales or alliance relationships in professional services and/or technology industry - Strong experience driving alliance relationships and sales with the Oracle ecosystem - Understanding of Oracle technology offerings - Experience developing partner programs and support infrastructure with proven success in delivering Go-To-Market strategies and channel demand gen results - Experience crafting and implementing memorable experiences, including events and campaigns that feed channel sales and drive partner relationships - Passion for sales and technology.
