• Own and drive platform growth including traffic, conversion rates, and buyer lifetime value • Design and execute strategies to scale marketplace liquidity (buyers + suppliers) • Build a repeatable demand generation engine • Build and lead sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships • Develop scalable lead generation and acquisition funnels • Oversee CRM systems, marketing automation, and revenue operations • Partner with engineering to deploy AI-powered supplier matching and quote automation • Shape the product roadmap to maximize adoption, retention, and monetization • Identify automation opportunities across sourcing, quoting, and vendor discovery • Manage financial planning, budgets, and operating metrics • Prepare the company for external fundraising and investor engagement • Represent Trustbridge with clients, partners, and investors
Job Requirements
- 7–15 years experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or lead generation platforms
- Proven success scaling a software-driven business
- Strong background in growth strategy and demand generation
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and funnel optimization
- Comfortable leading distributed and global teams
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or hardware ecosystems (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows (preferred)
- Prior leadership in venture-backed startups (preferred)
- Experience scaling two-sided marketplaces (preferred)

Role Description The role of the Professional Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of our service, lighting, rental & production, CTE, and rigging field teams. This position will focus on customer service and operational support of our field teams.
