The Associate Functional Analyst role is responsible for assisting in identifying, evaluating, and designing technology-based business solutions to help solve key business problems. They support the implementation and enhancement of enterprise-wide software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions and other enabling technologies. They work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business processes, workflows, data models, Compliance requirements, and other system artifacts. This role helps identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements and is assists in documenting and reviewing functional specifications that define system requirements and articulate how systems will meet business goals. Additionally, they provide support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) for the advancement of business capabilities and issue resolution. The incumbent will assist in the configuration, set up, and updates to the applications, ensuring that systems are designed in line with global standards, business goals, and approved localizations. The role will document and provide suggestions to management concerning enhancements, new features, and optimal designs in applications configuration, governance, usability, business processes, maintenance, and application standards to optimize business processes and mitigate potential risks. They support training users on the applications and increase user adoption and experience. They will facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to provide support for the enterprise-wide applications. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that system documentation, such as process diagrams, data dictionaries, user manuals, and training materials, are accurate and up to date. This is a remote position.
