• Position OutSystems as the premier solution for Federal agencies, helping them accelerate digital modernization and eliminate application backlogs. • Manage complex sales cycles by leading a team of Solution Architects, Partner Managers, Customer Success, and other resources to deliver a unified value proposition. • Build and leverage deep relationships with System Integrators, Channel Partners, and Alliances to co-sell and deliver comprehensive mission solutions. • Develop and execute a sophisticated account and territory plan, identifying high-impact use cases where low-code can provide immediate tactical value. • Proactively identify new business opportunities and navigate the complexities of Federal procurement vehicles and budget cycles. • Champion the shift toward agile, high-performance development, articulating how OutSystems meets stringent Federal security requirements (including FedRAMP) while maintaining developer flexibility.
Job Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in direct software or SaaS sales, specifically focused on the U.S. Federal Government.
- Proven Track Record: A history of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals within Federal agencies.
- Mission Fluency: Deep understanding of agency-specific missions and the ability to map technical solutions to operational needs.
- Relationship Architect: Experience establishing trusted relationships at the CXO, Program Director, and GS-15/SES levels.
- Collaborative Mindset: A "win as a team" mentality with experience working alongside internal specialists and external partner ecosystems.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed (up to 40%) to engage with customers on-site.

Role Description LevelTen Energy is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional to recruit new clean energy developers to subscribe to LevelTen Energy’s complete range of data solutions. As Account Executive for Clean Energy Developers, your focus will be closing new enterprise deals and building strong, enduring relationships with a broad array of players in this industry. - Deepen relationships with key clean energy developers, working with the largest, most sophisticated developers in North America. - Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies that are aligned with customer goals, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution. - Lead full sales cycles from prospect to close of platform subscription sales, with a goal of achieving an annual ARR target in an assigned account segment of energy sellers. - Cement LevelTen’s market-leading position within the developer community by attending industry events, networking with origination and project development professionals, as well as cultivating long-term partnerships that reinforce LevelTen as the preferred channel for data and project commercialization. - Become an expert in your assigned customers, championing their needs within the company. Qualifications - 3+ years enterprise selling energy-related products to IPPs, utilities, and/or other energy sellers. - 3+ years full sales cycle experience with established sales methods such as MEDDIC, Challenger, Solutions Selling. - 3+ years in renewable energy origination, corporate energy procurement, power trading, and/or energy risk management. - Experience selling web-based software as a service (SaaS). - Experience selling to Directors, VP’s and C-Suite executives. - Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills, both in person and via Zoom. - Exceptional attention to detail. - A can-do attitude, strong sense of urgency, and ability to see opportunity where others see a closed door. - Proven track record of consistent goal/quota attainment. - Discipline in regard to CRM use and detailed data entry. - Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving work environment. Salary and incentives commensurate with experience. - This position is preferably based in the Seattle area (3 days per week in office/hybrid). US Remote candidates will be considered for the right experience. - The compensation for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 base / $205,000 - $225,000 OTE, depending on location and experience. - This role is designed for high-impact sellers and features a substantial commission structure with significant upside, alongside an equity grant. - This combination ensures a highly competitive total compensation package that rewards over-performance.
