• Conduct technical visits and provide post-sales support to industrial clients • Carry out installation and adjustments of equipment (dilution systems, dosing pumps, foam generators) • Monitor quality parameters and propose corrective actions • Perform tests and track operational results • Support installation and start-up of industrial laundries, CIP and OCP • Size chemical solutions for process execution (formulations/recipes) • Oversee sanitization processes — including night shifts • Propose technical improvements and new products in collaboration with the commercial team

• Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes (leads próprios e recebidos via BDR); • Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com a base de clientes: • Clientes ativos (expansão de vendas e identificação de novas oportunidades); • Novos clientes (abertura de oportunidades e negociações iniciais); • Realizar o lançamento de pedidos no sistema da empresa; • Acompanhar o processo de faturamento e garantir a entrega conforme o combinado com o cliente; • Participar de reuniões periódicas de acompanhamento de metas e resultado; • Entre outras demandas.

• Active prospecting of new industrial clients; • Management and development of the client portfolio; • Technical and commercial visits to assess client needs; • Preparation of technical-commercial proposals; • Negotiation and follow-up of orders; • Interface with engineering, automation and after-sales teams; • Monitoring projects through delivery and commissioning (when applicable); • Participation in trade shows, events and technical visits.
