We are seeking an Associate to join our Transactions Team to facilitate renewable energy transactions between buyers and sellers. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills who is eager to support renewable energy transactions at scale — and who is excited about using AI and automation to do it better. In this role, you will sharpen your project management skills, build and deploy tools that improve how our team operates, and have a front-row seat to the rapidly evolving landscape of renewable energy project development and corporate procurement. You will develop relationships across a wide range of industry contacts, including renewable energy developers, originators, and corporate procurement managers. Duties and Responsibilities - Platform Expertise – Become a subject matter expert on the LTE Platform to support users, manage platform data, and troubleshoot issues for internal and external stakeholders. - Process Automation & Operations Improvement – Identify workflow inefficiencies and design automated tools and processes — leveraging AI where applicable — to improve the efficiency and outcomes of RFPs and other recurring operations. - Project Management Support – Support the Transaction Manager with project management and communications across Energy Marketplace processes, including reviewing offers, coordinating internal and external communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining meeting notes and general organization. - Research & Analysis – Conduct research and analysis on market trends in renewable energy products, pricing, and regulation, including general market research and ad hoc analysis of LevelTen data. - Product Improvement – Proactively identify and help scope platform enhancements, and provide structured feedback on new LTE Platform features. Qualifications - 1+ year of full-time professional experience (preferred) or relevant internship experience, ideally in energy or sustainability. - Genuine interest in building a career in renewable energy and sustainability. - A self-starter mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and take initiative. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating with external stakeholders by phone and email. - Ability to work cross-functionally across internal teams. - Hands-on experience with AI tools, with an interest in applying them to automate workflows and build internal resources. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Tableau experience is a plus. • Own the Salesforce roadmap with a focus on scalability. Transform complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions that support a global, multi-product revenue engine. • Design and deploy automated workflows that eliminate operational friction across the lead-to-cash lifecycle. Leverage a modern toolkit—including AI-driven orchestration and agents—to minimize manual data entry and maximize "selling time" for customer-facing teams. • Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and the broader GTM stack (Nue.io, Outreach, Pardot, etc.). The Manager is responsible for helping buyers, developers, and advisors secure optimal renewable energy PPAs with speed and efficiency through LevelTen’s Energy Marketplace. The Manager reports to the Director of Transactions and collaborates with LevelTen professionals across the company to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position. Duties and Responsibilities Subject Matter Expertise: The Manager will be knowledgeable of energy market conditions in North America and Europe, corporate renewable energy procurement, and renewable energy PPA, development, and financing fundamentals. Requirements - This full-time position is based in LevelTen Energy’s Seattle office or US Remote. Salary and incentives commensurate with experience. - This position is preferably based in the Seattle area (3 days per week in office/hybrid). US Remote candidates will be considered for the right experience. - The compensation for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 base / $205,000 - $225,000 OTE, depending on location and experience. - This role is designed for high-impact sellers and features a substantial commission structure with significant upside, alongside an equity grant. - This combination ensures a highly competitive total compensation package that rewards over-performance.
