Sales Representative
Mason Private Locating
• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospective clients • Identify and qualify decision-makers within target accounts • Schedule appointments for MPL leadership and outside sales • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking • Follow up with inbound inquiries in a timely manner • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and appointment goals
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of inside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Highly organized and results-driven
- Experience in construction, utilities, field services, or related industries is a plus
