Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative & Account Manager to cover both new business generation and existing client management. You’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to closing and post-sale account success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a deep understanding of B2B software sales. Key Responsibilities - Generate qualified leads via outbound campaigns (cold calls, email, LinkedIn). - Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, and close new business. - Manage and grow client relationships through renewals, upselling, and referrals. - Track sales activities and client touchpoints using Salesforce and Salesloft. - Monitor usage and customer satisfaction, providing proactive support and insights. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders across SDR, BDM, and Customer Success teams. - Contribute to onboarding resources, sales scripts, and internal playbooks. - Meet performance KPIs across sales volume, pipeline growth, and account retention.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle sales: lead gen, outreach, demos, closing, and renewals.
  • High volume cold calling
  • Background in B2B SaaS and eCommerce, with exposure to both B2B and B2C sales.
  • Industry knowledge in finance and/or insurance sectors is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Pipedrive, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our Service Trainer within a manufacturing organization that builds heavy, off-road equipment used in the forestry industry, is responsible for delivering training programs to employees and/or customers and equipment dealership staff.
