About the Role As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Apptopia, you’ll be on the front line of our growth engine: generating, contacting, and qualifying prospects to create new business opportunities. You’ll engage with potential customers, uncover their business objectives, and set them up for successful demo calls with our Account Executive team. If you’re motivated by results, love the chase, and want to break into SaaS and mobile data intelligence, this is your chance. What You’ll Do - Prospect and qualify a high volume of inbound leads from free sign-ups and other sources. - Engage directly with prospects via phone, email, and creative outreach to understand their objectives. - Develop personalized and creative messaging that resonates with decision makers. - Book qualified demo meetings for Account Executives and hit/exceed monthly and quarterly quotas. - Partner closely with the sales team to refine messaging, build pipeline, and grow revenue. - Be an awesome teammate who contributes to a collaborative, high-energy environment. What We’re Looking For - 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing experience. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Strong communication skills with excellent listening ability. - Comfort leading conversations and asking open-ended questions. - Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. Nice to Haves - Experience in a SaaS or tech company. - Interest in finance, investing, or mobile apps. - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Role Description - Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and referral partners. - Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the affiliate and iGaming ecosystem. - Maintain and actively manage a database of partners and potential clients. - Travel to industry conferences and events across Europe (London, Malta, Barcelona, Rome, etc.). - Organize and attend in-person meetings with existing and potential clients. - Represent Scaleo as a brand ambassador. - Help partners and clients understand how Scaleo can support their growth and business goals. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and long-term collaboration. Qualifications - You have a strong network across the iGaming industry. - You have experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or business development. - You enjoy building long-term professional relationships and expanding partner networks. - You are comfortable traveling and meeting clients in person or at industry events and conferences. - You are proactive and capable of managing an active partner and client base. - You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. - You are confident representing a company publicly and building your professional network.
