Role Description At Thyme Care, Product Managers help build the tools and technology that supports our Care Team, oncology providers, payers, and patients. In this role, as the Product Manager for our Care Model Insights (CMI) team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts to generate insights that lead to improvements in our care model, build data products that help us understand the performance of our 100 person (and growing) Care Team, and support key outcomes reporting to our partners. - Collaborate across software engineering, data science, care delivery operations, marketing, and growth teams to build data products that deliver value to the business. - Deeply embed yourself into the workflows of our Care Team and use data to diagnose and solve high impact problems. - Gather input from cross-functional stakeholders to develop a viewpoint on leveraging data insights for key initiatives. - Develop and maintain a roadmap that articulates problems being solved, resources required, and trade-offs being made. - Become an expert on our data systems and produce analyses. - Serve as connective tissue between tech team squads to accelerate product development processes. Qualifications - Strong relationships with internal partners through effective stakeholder management. - Experience working on ambiguous problems with a rigorous iterative process. - Technical knowledge to discuss trade-offs with data scientists. - Ability to clearly explain technical ideas to non-technical teammates. - Skilled in juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure. - Experience building and deploying web applications and data products from the ground up. - Strong listening and communication skills. - Proven track record of success in scaling businesses and fast-paced environments. - Experience improving programs and building efficient processes in healthcare strategy and operations. Requirements - Ability to visualize ideas through mockups and prototypes. - Humility and integrity in team dynamics. - Adaptability to rapid changes in business and strategy. Benefits - Base salary for this role is $175,000 to $190,000. - Compensation package includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities.
