Role Description Join the team transforming how millions of people access musculoskeletal (MSK) care. As a Health Services Manager, you will own and grow strategic relationships with our health plan partners, delivering measurable value for plans, their clients, and their members. Sitting at the intersection of relationship management, commercial growth, and strategy, you will serve as the "strategic quarterback" for your portfolio—aligning internal teams across Sales, Clinical, and Product to ensure operational excellence and drive new product adoption. This is a high-impact role for a relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making high-quality care accessible to all. What You’ll Accomplish - In your first 3 months: - Immerse yourself in the Hinge Health product and ecosystem, mastering our value proposition and health plan structures (ASO, Fully Insured, Medicare). - Build trusted relationships with your assigned health plan stakeholders and internal partners. - Take ownership of day-to-day inquiries and facilitate recurring partnership meetings. - In your first 6 months: - Drive partnership initiatives forward by proactively coordinating across internal and external teams to meet defined goals. - Lead sales enablement efforts—equipping our commercial teams with partner-specific insights. - Independently conduct product overviews to position Hinge Health as a strategic partner rather than just a vendor. - In your first year: - Inform and shape partner strategy, using on-the-ground insights to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging threats. - Collaborate closely with the Health Services Director to develop and execute quarterly and annual partnership plans that align with company OKRs and drive long-term growth. Who You Are - A Strategic Connector: You excel at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments, building credibility and trust with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams. - An Operational Expert: You balance big-picture strategic thinking with detail-oriented execution, ensuring meetings are purposeful, follow-through is timely, and projects meet their success criteria. - A "Learn-it-all": You bring an analytical mindset and a hunger to understand the nuances of the healthcare landscape, constantly seeking new ways to add value to our partnerships. - Resilient & Action-Oriented: You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, capable of managing competing demands with high standards of quality and minimal oversight. Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in health plan partnerships, payer strategy, digital health, healthcare consulting, or a related field. - Healthcare Fluency: Strong understanding of U.S. health plan structures (e.g., ASO vs. Fully Insured, Medicare Advantage) and lines of business. - Project Management: Proven ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously from discovery through execution, meeting timelines and defined outcomes. - Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to audiences at all levels. - Travel: Ability to travel. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with or within Blue Cross Blue Shield plans or national payers. - Background in digital health, virtual care, MSK, behavioral health, or population health. - Familiarity with claims analysis, ROI modeling, or value-based care frameworks. - Experience supporting product launches or line-of-business expansions. Benefits - Inclusive healthcare and benefits: On top of comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, we offer employees and their family members help with gender-affirming care, tools for family and fertility planning, and travel reimbursements if healthcare isn’t available where you live. - Planning for the future: Start saving for the future with our traditional or Roth 401k retirement plan options which include a 2% company match. - Modern life stipends: Manage your own learning and development.
