Growth Marketing Manager
Avive Solutions
• Design and execute territory-specific marketing plans to support AEs and accelerate pipeline growth in active markets. • Build and deploy regional playbooks that include: - Local media outreach - Community events and activations (e.g., CPR training, product demos) - Co-branded campaigns with customers or civic partners - Referral and advocacy programs tailored by market • Collaborate with Sales to identify high-opportunity local segments and deliver tailored marketing support. • Develop and execute Avive’s multi-channel demand generation strategy (paid search, paid social, SEO, email, webinars, etc.). • Create performance-driven campaigns to generate leads across core segments (public safety, schools, corporate campuses, municipalities, etc.). • Own full-funnel conversion strategy—from ad creative to landing pages to lead nurture workflows. • Partner with Product Marketing to turn messaging into compelling, conversion-oriented content. • Drive local visibility through community storytelling and earned media; pitch to regional press and coordinate local coverage with PR partners. • Work with internal and external stakeholders to amplify customer wins, AED saves, and high-impact deployments. • Manage the marketing strategy for territory-based sponsorships, associations, local events, and outreach campaigns. • Measure and report on campaign performance and territory pipeline impact using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. • Track and improve key growth KPIs (lead quality, CAC, ROAS, MQL,, pipeline contribution). • Implement testing and learning processes for continuous improvement of both national and localized campaigns.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or field marketing—ideally in health-tech, public safety, SaaS, or connected device industries.
- Proven track record in designing and executing high-performing, multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Experience supporting Sales with localized marketing tactics, event activation, and community-driven initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Salesforce, and major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—you thrive working with Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners.
- Analytical and metrics-driven with a bias for action and experimentation.

Summary: The Senior Site Acquisition Specialist MUST be located in/or around Atlanta, Georiga.
