• Process large volume of invoices accurately and within compliance of company policies. • Code invoices with correct GL account to ensure proper entry into the financial system. • Engage in Vendor Management through gathering required documents and ensuring accurate vendor setup in the payment system. • Create and process check requests for items such as physician payments, patient travel reimbursement, etc. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. • Complete other projects or duties as assigned.

• Provides day-to-day direction and support to the Payables Team • Responsible for overseeing and ensuring timely payment processing activities • Responsible for leading, developing, and supporting the AP staff • Accountable for achieving team service level agreement targets • Oversee Global processing teams to ensure service levels and quality requirements are achieved

• Support the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice intake, coding, approval routing, and payment processing. • Review vendor invoices for accuracy, appropriate approvals, and correct GL coding. • Process vendor payments through various methods including ACH, wire, and check runs. • Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate onboarding of new vendors, including W-9 collection and compliance with internal policies. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Monitor AP aging reports and ensure timely payments while optimizing cash flow. • Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable, including accruals and reconciliations. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals for purchases. • Support annual audits by providing AP documentation and responding to audit inquiries. • Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, workflows, and internal controls as the organization scales. • Maintain organized financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
