TRM Labs
• Collect and assess blockchain intelligence data by partnering with Intelligence team members • Recruit, train, and manage a global network of research contractors • Create clear processes and expectations to ensure consistent, high-quality data collection • Monitor contractor performance and provide feedback, support, and optimization to get the best results from a distributed team • Ensure data collected by contractors is accurately and efficiently entered into internal systems • Act as a key operational connector between stakeholders and intelligence teams
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational and people-management skills, with experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or large distributed teams
- Background in operations, people ops, program coordination, or similar roles where execution and follow-through are critical
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- High attention to detail and a bias toward building repeatable, scalable processes
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools in order to create more efficient processes
- Bonus (but not required): exposure to tech, startups, intelligence, or blockchain/crypto
- Early to early-mid career candidate who is highly motivated, capable, and excited to grow into the role
