IT Service Management Operations Lead

ISC2 - International Information System Security Certification Consortium

• Oversee, optimize, and mature back-office IT operations through effective process management • Administer, configure, and support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence • Lead day-to-day ITSM operations, ensuring timely management of incidents and service requests • Serve as Chair of the Change Advisory Board (CAB), leading change reviews and maintaining documentation • Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using Jira Automation and JSM workflow engines • Develop and maintain ITSM dashboards and reports

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT Service Management experience with hands-on administration of Jira Service Management or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification, preferred
  • Advanced expertise with Atlassian tools
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes
  • Experience leading or facilitating a Change Advisory Board (CAB), strongly preferred
  • Proven experience designing and deploying automation within ITSM platforms
