Senior Events Operations Specialist – Branded Events
Articulate
• Own the operational execution of Articulate-hosted, branded event portfolio including customer conferences, executive programs, and virtual or hybrid experiences. • Serve as operational lead for assigned branded event programs with accountability for logistics planning, vendor and partner management, budget oversight, and onsite execution. • Balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, adapting level of involvement based on program complexity, timelines, and business needs. • Design scalable operational frameworks while leading complex, high-visibility events from planning through post-event analysis. • Ensure Articulate’s branded events deliver consistent brand quality, operational excellence, and measurable business impact.
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate event operations, branded or hosted events, or event marketing operations, preferably in a high-growth or global organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead logistics strategy and vendor management with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; capable of managing programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment under pressure, and resolve complex operational challenges in real time.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, reconciling expenses, and reporting on spend.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom; experience with event software (Cvent, Bizzabo or similar) preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% annually, including international travel and occasional multiple-stop or back-to-back event weeks.
