Role Description The AI Workflow Implementation & Client Success Manager owns the successful onboarding and implementation of the AI workflows for their clients. This role sits at the intersection of client success, solution implementation, and workflow design. - Work directly with clients to understand how their operations actually function and translate those processes into working AI workflows. - Responsible for ensuring workflows are successfully implemented, deployed, and delivering real operational value for clients. Key Responsibilities - Client Leadership - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Maintain proactive and responsive communication during business hours, typically responding to client emails within 45 minutes and no later than two hours. - Lead discovery conversations and working sessions to understand how client operations actually function. - Manage client expectations and guide stakeholders through the implementation process. - AI Workflow Implementation - Translate business processes and operational needs into structured AI workflows inside our platform. - Work hands-on with workflow logic, prompts, and automation structures to design practical solutions. - Define MVP scope, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done for workflow implementations. - Validate workflow outputs and approve solutions before deployment. - Delivery Coordination - Assign and coordinate work with developers and technical contributors when required. - Maintain visibility on project progress, priorities, and delivery milestones. - Ensure weekly progress and delivery of agreed outcomes across active implementations. - Simplify complex environments and maintain focus on shipping working solutions quickly. - Client Success & Adoption - Ensure clients successfully adopt and operate the workflows implemented. - Identify opportunities to improve workflows and expand automation over time. - Act as a trusted partner to clients as they transition from manual processes to AI-supervised operations. Time Allocation (Typical) - Client communication & meetings: 30% - Delivery coordination & task management: 30% - Workflow review & implementation support: 40% Work Structure - Part time role with availability during business hours aligned with US Eastern Time. - Fully remote position. - The role typically manages between 1 and up to 3 clients simultaneously. - Each client has a weekly review meeting. - Additional ad hoc meetings may occur as needed to troubleshoot issues, gather operational details, or demonstrate workflow results.
