Success in this role is measured by: Project Management - Ensure at least 60% of project milestones are based on your proactive recommendations, tracked through milestone origin tags in Asana. - Own and manage solution design, discovery sessions, deliverables, time tracking, and delegation for all assigned projects, ensuring 100% are completed within the agreed timelines. - Successfully manage a portfolio of up to 10 active client projects simultaneously, ensuring all on track to meet deadlines and milestones, as reflected in Asana or HubSpot. - Ensure all projects are actively monitored for scope, risks and dependencies, with documented check-ins and stakeholder updates provided weekly Business Strategy - Lead a quarterly review with each customer with defined KPIs and a documented project plan, achieving 90% completion of deliverables on time. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for 100% of assigned projects Customer Retention - Identify and document new opportunities or upsell potentials within your customer portfolio, with action steps logged in the CRM. - Maintain a customer retention rate of 85% with retainer customers, tracked through quarterly reviews and proactive intervention strategies.
