Technical Solutions Analyst

• Participate in client discovery calls alongside Account Managers and Sales teams to gather technical requirements and understand business objectives. • Translate discovery findings into structured technical solution outlines and implementation plans. • Ask clarifying questions to identify scope boundaries, technical dependencies, and implementation considerations. • Develop labor estimates and project effort models using internal estimation frameworks. • Draft statements of work (SOWs), pricing inputs, and technical solution summaries. • Identify third-party vendor requirements and coordinate vendor outreach for pricing and feasibility. • Validate solution assumptions with internal engineering and project delivery teams. • Maintain standardized scoping templates, pricing assumptions, and documentation libraries. • Support architects in scoping complex or multi-system projects. • Assist with change orders by evaluating scope changes and recalculating required effort. • Identify required third-party vendors, software licensing, or hardware procurement needed to support proposed solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in an MSP, IT services, consulting, or solutions engineering environment
  • Working knowledge of common business IT environments including:
  • Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
  • Azure / AWS /GCP cloud infrastructure
  • Endpoint management platforms
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Identity and access management
  • Experience participating in technical discovery calls with clients
  • Ability to estimate technical implementation effort with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills; a large portion of this role involves producing client-facing documentation
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple scoping requests simultaneously
  • C1 or higher proficiency in English.
