You’ll be the bridge between our brand and the creator community driving excitement, sharing updates, and ensuring affiliates feel supported and engaged. This role combines community management, creator outreach, and operational execution to strengthen our TikTok affiliate program. - Community Engagement - Manage and grow affiliate chat groups on Discord and Lark. - Build strong relationships with creators by fostering collaboration and excitement around brand campaigns. - Share brand updates, briefs, product launches, and campaign news to keep affiliates informed. - Answer questions promptly to drive engagement and maintain trust. - Creator Onboarding - Support new affiliates through onboarding, ensuring they understand program guidelines and opportunities. - Provide clear communication and resources to help creators succeed. - Midtier Creator Outreach - Use Kalodata to identify midtier TikTok creators that meet program criteria. - Send batch outreach messages to invite creators into the affiliate program. - Monitor and respond to inquiries via the TikTok affiliate email inbox. - Operational Support - Coordinate product shipments to creators using Shopify. - Track outreach, engagement, and shipping activities to ensure smooth execution.
