Tasks include, but are not limited to: - Handle questions and concerns submitted by homeowners by email, phone, text, or through our website/app. - Coordinate routine maintenance with vendors and contractors. - Contact vendors to obtain quotes/proposals. - Process and handle complaints. - Prepare and send communication and notices to residents by email, mail, and text. - On-site visit & inspection of communities. - Respond to phone calls. - Handle projects and tasks - Budget Preparation - Attend Board, Annual & Budget meetings (most of the time in the evening) - Other administrative tasks (uploading documents, preparing reports, etc.).
