Fixed Assets Accountant
Nebius Group
• Prepare and process fixed asset acquisitions, capitalizations, adjustments, disposals, and transfers. • Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliations and subledger validations. • Execute depreciation runs and review results for accuracy. • Monitor construction-in-progress (CIP), asset tagging, and capitalization readiness. • Work with business representatives on asset installation, retirement, and movement tracking. • Support system integration and automation projects involving NetSuite, Blackline, inventory system. • Prepare audit documentation for external and internal audits. • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements. • Provide guidance to other team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years experience in accounting, including 2-4 years substantial exposure to fixed assets.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and fixed asset accounting.
- ERP experience (NetSuite highly preferred).
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
- Exposure to US GAAP, SOX controls.
- Experience with process automation.
