• Decydować o rozwiązaniach geotechnicznych: kotwy, pale, gwoździe gruntowe, konstrukcje oporowe • Weryfikować i tworzyć obliczenia, systemy i metody wykonania, które realnie trafiają na budowę • Wspierać międzynarodowe projekty jako autorytet techniczny • Brać udział w testach systemów, próbach obciążeniowych i aprobatacjach • Rozwiązywać problemy techniczne

• Prowadzenie projektów budowy wież wiatrowych w północno-wschodnich Niemczech – od fazy przygotowania po realizację i nadzór. • Planowanie terminów i zasobów w ścisłej współpracy z działem produkcji i zespołami montażowymi. • Koordynacja pracy monterów, nadzór nad budżetem i raportowanie postępów. • Kontakt z klientem i wszystkimi stronami projektu – jesteś kluczową osobą kontaktową na miejscu. • Zapewnienie wysokich standardów jakości i ich ciągłe doskonalenie.

• Manage national customers and sales partners • Advise construction sites, building contractors and tendering authorities • Negotiate quotations and orders • Coordinate with the technical department to define product-specific customer requirements • Work closely with internal sales • Develop and take responsibility for the sales budget • Perform analyses and reporting on product and customer sales statistics • Contribute to the development and optimization of the existing sales strategy • Represent the company at trade shows

• Independent management of financial accounting for our Czech branch • Fixed-asset accounting for all German entities • Participation in the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for our German companies • Execution of payments and support in cash management • Support on all tax matters, including VAT returns and annual tax filings, in cooperation with the tax advisor • Preparation of reports and analyses • Preparation of statistics for German authorities • Collaboration on the continuous optimization of accounting processes • Participation in the implementation of a new ERP system

• Sie verantworten die eigenständige technische Vorbereitung von Projekten mit Schwerpunkt in Nordost-Deutschland im Windturm- Bau und sorgen für deren termingerechte Organisation, Abwicklung und Überwachung. • Dies umfasst sowohl die Termin- und Ressourcenplanung in Abstimmung mit unserer Produktion als auch die Einsatzplanung für unsere Monteure, die Überwachung der Kosten und das Reporting. • Als zentraler Ansprechpartner sind Sie während aller Projektphasen in enger Abstimmung mit den Kunden und anderen Projektbeteiligten. • Außerdem fungieren Sie als Ansprechpartner für unsere Monteure. • Bei Ihrer Arbeit tragen Sie Sorge für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und arbeiten an deren kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung mit.
