• Manage a diverse portfolio of marketing initiatives, including sponsored events, hosted events, executive speaking opportunities, webinars, and partner relationships. • Lead the charge on trade show presence, coordinating strategies for events. • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to enhance marketing strategies. • Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze event registrations and campaign performance.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of success in field marketing and/or event marketing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively and asynchronously across teams.
- Experience working with content management (WordPress), marketing automation (HubSpot) and customer relationship management (Salesforce) tools
- Bonus points for experience in the AI, automation, or enterprise software space.
- Super duper bonus points for experience working in a healthcare technology company
- Ability to travel to events.
- Prefer candidates with management experience who wish to grow a team as the company scales.

• Identify, develop, and implement an impactful engagement strategy with disease-state Key Thought Leaders (KTLs) in their assigned region that drives appropriate advocacy for assigned asset and future NF1-PN brands; generate insights that inform brand strategy and positioning. • Represent SpringWorks and the brand as the critical point of contact with KTLs and Medical Experts and serving as the liaison for the Executive team at key prioritized congresses throughout the year (e.g., ASCO, CTOS, etc.). • Create and maintain accurate and detailed KTL and key stakeholder lists, engagement strategy and action plans to contribute to brand lifecycle management. • Appropriately mobilize thought leaders to their community peers in oncology clinics across the region. • Working with Brand and Regional Marketing, implement and measure national and regional congress strategy with a particular focus on recruiting, organizing, and moderating the meetings and discussions with KTLs to advance business objectives. • Identify and implement innovative Peer-to-Peer KTL programming to drive uptake of brand into the marketplace and effectively manage and lead key Peer-to-Peer Agency relationships. • Monitor regional market trends and make real-time updates to KTL engagement plans to support business objectives. • Working with Sales and Marketing, identify NF1-PN thought leaders who are appropriate for promotional speaker programs, advisory boards, conferences, and home-office training / meetings. • Foster and lead productive business relationships with Sales Leadership and TBM Team, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other relevant functions. • Work closely with the broader Commercial team to ensure alignment on the implementation of programs and marketing strategies and tactics. • Contribute to the development of the brand planning process. • Lead/assist in the design, recruitment, and execution of advisory boards. • Lead the identification and recruitment of speakers, lead in the speaker training process, liaising with appropriate stakeholders in both legal, compliance, and medical, and partnering with internal operations on speaker program execution. • Develop clear and fully aligned KPI measurement linked to national- and local-level plans, based on a thorough understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape and future trends and opportunity assessment. • Ensure all promotion tactics adhere to regulations, requirements, and all other relevant federal, state, local, laws and internal operating procedures and branding guidelines. • Manage the development and execution of resources and materials such as speaker decks, ad board decks, resources for use with KTLs. • Oversee and have full accountability for budget associated with activities/events implemented. • Manage budget on an ongoing basis and ensure spend and gating are reconciled on time & accurately. • Other duties as assigned.
• Build messaging and content tailored to specific industries in partnership with GTM and product leaders. • Support field and event marketing for the Enterprise Commerce vertical. You don’t need to be an event marketing expert, but you will need to pitch in to help us show up strong and stay on top of logistics. • Create content that our sales team will use with customers and prospects and can be distributed to drive awareness within our ICPS. • Partner with rev-ops and sales to ensure that we are effectively prospecting into our key ICP accounts + track success of campaigns. • Work closely with key partners - think Food Service Operators, POS technologies, Cash Recyclers - to run co-marketing programs that drive awareness within partner organizations and customer bases. • Partner with sales to identify candidates for social proof and case studies, interview customers, and author crisp case studies that reinforce our market message. • Other stuff that doesn’t neatly fit into a job description and/or that we don’t know about yet. • Build and Manage the Americas Partner Marketing Program Offering • Design and manage a scalable partner marketing program portfolio that supports partners of all sizes and maturity levels. • Identify and manage third-party agencies and vendors to deliver a comprehensive marketing menu, including digital marketing, events, webinars, AI-powered content tools, call blitzes, and more. • Design and scale partner webinar programs that support demand generation, cross-sell, and upsell—ranging from turnkey WatchGuard-hosted webinars to co-branded partner-led experiences. • Localize and package global programs and content for the Americas partner ecosystem to drive adoption and usage. • Maintain and enhance the partner marketing portal with up-to-date program offerings, promotional assets, and self-service campaign materials. • Host recurring partner marketing webinars to educate, enable, and drive participation in available programs. • Enable Field Marketing Managers and Channel Account Managers with the knowledge and tools to effectively position program value to partners. • Own the strategy, health, and success of high-volume partners across the Americas, implementing scalable engagement models aligned with business priorities. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve partner experience by streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and introducing scalable best practices. • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align partner engagement efforts with WatchGuard’s growth objectives and ensure consistent execution across regions. • Execute regional digital and direct marketing programs leveraging ABX platforms (including 6sense) and additional paid, owned, and earned media. • Support local field and partner event strategies, including regional industry events, and local partner enablement events, ensuring alignment with broader campaign objectives.
