Field Marketing Programs Manager
WatchGuard Technologies
• Build and Manage the Americas Partner Marketing Program Offering • Design and manage a scalable partner marketing program portfolio that supports partners of all sizes and maturity levels. • Identify and manage third-party agencies and vendors to deliver a comprehensive marketing menu, including digital marketing, events, webinars, AI-powered content tools, call blitzes, and more. • Design and scale partner webinar programs that support demand generation, cross-sell, and upsell—ranging from turnkey WatchGuard-hosted webinars to co-branded partner-led experiences. • Localize and package global programs and content for the Americas partner ecosystem to drive adoption and usage. • Maintain and enhance the partner marketing portal with up-to-date program offerings, promotional assets, and self-service campaign materials. • Host recurring partner marketing webinars to educate, enable, and drive participation in available programs. • Enable Field Marketing Managers and Channel Account Managers with the knowledge and tools to effectively position program value to partners. • Own the strategy, health, and success of high-volume partners across the Americas, implementing scalable engagement models aligned with business priorities. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve partner experience by streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and introducing scalable best practices. • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align partner engagement efforts with WatchGuard’s growth objectives and ensure consistent execution across regions. • Execute regional digital and direct marketing programs leveraging ABX platforms (including 6sense) and additional paid, owned, and earned media. • Support local field and partner event strategies, including regional industry events, and local partner enablement events, ensuring alignment with broader campaign objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, field marketing, or demand generation—preferably within technology or cybersecurity.
- Proven experience managing and scaling partner marketing programs with measurable results.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including ABX strategies, marketing automation, and performance analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, database management, and ABX tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
