Job Overview: The Marketing & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for elevating our brand presence across all digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for design and the analytical mindset to drive measurable results through well-crafted campaigns and compelling content. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management • Manage and grow the company's presence across all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. • Develop, schedule, and publish daily/weekly content aligned with brand voice and marketing calendar. • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community engagement in a timely manner. • Track platform analytics and produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations. • Stay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform features to maximize reach and engagement. Content Creation & Capture • Capture high-quality photo and video content at company events, product launches, and day-to-day operations. • Edit and produce polished visual assets including images, short-form videos, reels, and stories. • Write compelling copy for social posts, email campaigns, website pages, and promotional materials. • Maintain a content library and ensure brand assets are organized, updated, and accessible. Marketing Campaigns • Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. • Coordinate paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaign materials are delivered on time and on brand. • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable reporting to stakeholders. Presentations & Marketing Materials • Design and produce professional presentations for internal meetings, client pitches, and trade shows. • Create branded marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, email templates, and signage. • Ensure all materials adhere to brand standards and effectively communicate key messages. Brand & Strategy • Support the development and execution of the overall marketing and brand strategy. • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Manage company website updates and ensure content is current, accurate, and SEO-optimized. • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, trade shows, and promotional activations. Email Marketing & CRM • Build and manage email marketing lists and campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools. • Design email templates and write engaging content that drives open rates, clicks, and conversions. • Maintain and update CRM records in collaboration with the sales team. Qualifications: - Experience: - Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field preferred. - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a marketing, social media, or content creation role. - Proven track record of managing social media accounts and executing success. - Portfolio of marketing materials, content, and/or campaigns required. · Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva. - Experience with social media management platforms. - Strong copywriting and editing skills with excellent command of grammar and brand voice. - Photography and videography skills; familiarity with on-camera equipment and lighting preferred. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and web content management. - Experience with email marketing platforms and basic CRM functionality. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace. - Familiarity with digital advertising platforms. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
