Medical Appointment Setter, Outreach Coordinator

Boogie Team

• Research and generate qualified provider leads using public databases and online resources • Verify provider information including specialty eligibility, contact details, and office hours • Conduct outbound calls to medical practices following provided scripts • Schedule appointments based on availability and internal booking guidelines • Capture accurate appointment details including provider information and notes • Confirm scheduled appointments and coordinate updates with the internal team • Ensure providers receive correct meeting links or call details before appointments • Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, and appointment tracking in CRM systems • Record appointment times accurately based on Pacific Time • Provide timely updates regarding appointment status and scheduling changes

Job Requirements

  • Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or healthcare outreach preferred
  • Strong phone communication skills with a professional and confident tone
  • Ability to follow structured outreach scripts and internal processes
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, calendars, lead lists, and documentation systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when recording information
  • Ability to manage schedules across time zones
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment
