Role Description Provides analytical and documentation support for complex state or federally funded health initiatives. Supports program implementation by assisting with: - Grant administration - Procurement and deliverable tracking - Reporting workflows - Compliance documentation under the direction of senior staff Maintains structured trackers for: - Milestones - Deliverables - Reporting deadlines - Partner/subrecipient documentation Supports data extraction, cleaning, and validation activities to inform program reporting and performance monitoring. Assists with: - Reconciliation of basic financial and performance information - Preparation of supporting materials for recurring reports and deliverables Contributes to organized, audit-ready documentation practices within compliance-driven environments and supports cross-functional workstreams requiring strong attention to detail and structured execution. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, business administration, health policy, data analytics, economics, or related field preferred - Minimum 1 year of experience supporting administrative, analytical, or program coordination functions, preferably within public-sector, healthcare, or grant-funded environments - Experience working with structured trackers, documentation systems, and/or reporting workflows preferred - Comfortable working with data in Excel and maintaining organized documentation; strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes - Exposure to compliance-driven or documentation-intensive environments preferred Benefits - Equal opportunity employer - Reasonable accommodations available for disabled veterans, individuals with disabilities, and individuals with sincerely held religious beliefs - Confidentiality of information provided for accommodations Pay Range The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: - $61,232.00 - $104,094.00
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required

• Partner with the Product Owner to translate strategic objectives into detailed, prioritized product requirements and user stories. • Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of business processes. • Develop clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts (e.g., process flows, wireframes, data models). • Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Agile development team, ensuring shared understanding of requirements and priorities. • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, testers, and other team members to refine requirements during sprints. • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives by providing context and clarity. • Conduct impact analysis on proposed changes, enhancements, and new features. • Ensure requirements traceability from business strategy through delivery and testing. • Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and assumptions that could affect delivery. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by helping define test cases and validating that requirements are met. • Continuously monitor product performance and gather feedback to recommend improvements. • Occasional travel required.
