This Position reports to: OEM Account Management Leader ABB Motion Drive Products in New Berlin, WI is hiring an OEM Account Manager. In this role you will be responsible for fostering strong, lasting, and profitable relationships with assigned Direct or indirect OEMs maximizing ABB Share of Wallet (SoW). This involves such aspects as developing, implementing, and managing the account strategy, focused on the share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. You will be responsible for defining and executing an account business development plan, proposal development and sales forecasting to support your forecast, supporting S&OP process. The work model for this role can be remote in the United States. Your role and responsibilities: - Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve profitable growth goals for assigned accounts by: - Understands the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks, and business environment and interprets the impact and opportunity for ABB - Develop and execute account plan and sales strategies for the account by providing the customer’s current business and long-term plans. - Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and SoW growth actions - Maintain a deep understanding of the account's decision-makers, processes, applications, product development plans, and the competitive market landscape - Maintain regular account summary reports for the assigned OEMs accounts. - Drive sales activates and account plans through SFDC. - Interface with large End user / OEM accounts (as assigned) to ensure consistent global support at a local area to meet or exceed assigned sales budget in the assigned OEM. - Negotiating and making offers in accordance with company procedures. - Manage sales activities with emphasis on strategic profitable growth and predictable forecasting, providing input and recommendations for the current and future product pipeline, based on customer needs. - Contract negotiations with assigned OEM ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting the interests of our organization. Qualifications for the role: - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) and 8+ years of experience working in sales/ business development with variable speed drives, motors and automation solutions OR Associate’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical Preferred) and 10+ years of experience working in sales/business development with variable frequency drives, motors and automation solutions. - Sound knowledge of OEMs their revenue models and Go-to-Market strategies - Understanding of customer needs, experience in customer interface. - Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft office platform and SFDC. - Proven track record in exceeding sales targets in competitive markets. - Negotiation and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals - This role requires 50% travel, candidate must possess a valid driver’s license. - Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE $195,000 - $325,000The base salary range for this role is shown above. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location.
