• Develop strong relationships with existing customers, to retain existing business, and maximise revenue through upsell and cross sell opportunities • Have responsibility for managing and reducing churn across your account portfolio • Build relationships with customer networks, identifying the key decision makers, and develop account plans and sales strategies to expand existing contracts and close new opportunities within accounts • Develop a deep understanding of our product to enable you to demo and train across all features to existing customers and new stakeholders within those accounts • Ensure that monthly and quarterly revenue targets for your territory are met • Identify and progress commercial opportunities within existing accounts, including new teams, regions, or use cases • Develop sales collateral with support from the marketing team required for the US market. • Manage customers on a proactive basis throughout the customer journey, including pilots, onboarding, annual contracts, renewals, and cross sell opportunities, ensuring their satisfaction with and adoption of the product • Monitor and improve the health of all existing accounts, ensuring maintenance of key KPI’s and objectives • Pioneer Circit rollout within the US and heavily influence/drive the formation of an SOP playbook for the USA market. • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking in the CRM

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a client/customer facing role, with experience in account management or sales within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and relationship building skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot experience – bonus) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven ability to manage and grow an existing book of business
  • Experience closing commercial deals and negotiating contracts with existing customers
