Account Manager – IT Focus

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing IT-focused client accounts • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts • Develop account strategies to drive retention and revenue growth • Understand client IT environments and recommend appropriate solutions • Coordinate with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery • Prepare proposals, quotes, and renewal agreements • Monitor account performance metrics and client satisfaction • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success, within the **IT industry**
  • Experience selling or managing IT services, SaaS, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or managed services
  • Strong understanding of IT terminology and enterprise technology environments
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Preferred:
  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA)
