• Lead and take ownership of SAP PI/PO and CPI integration landscapes; act as go-to technical lead for integration initiatives. • Drive migration efforts from PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), including strategy, planning, execution, and cutover support. • Design, develop, and support integration scenarios connecting SAP ECC / S/4HANA, non-SAP systems, cloud applications, and third-party APIs. • Develop and maintain technical artifacts in ESR, ID, SLD, Integration Directory, System Landscape Directory, and Monitoring tools in both single- and dual-stack PI environments. • Build and maintain interfaces using various adapters / protocols (for both sender and receiver sides), including but not limited to: Proxy, ALE / IDoc, RFC, REST, SOAP, OData, HTTPS, JMS, JDBC. • Author and maintain Message Mappings, Java Mappings, Groovy / script logic, Lookups, Parameterized mappings, UDF / UDS, Value mapping, SPROXY, SOA Manager settings. • Craft iFlows, including local subprocesses, exception subprocesses, error handling, retries, branching, split / aggregator patterns, etc. • Implement security artifacts: encryption/decryption, certificate & key management (SSH, PGP, SSL/TLS), user mapping, SAML/OAuth if needed. • Optimize performance, manage throughput and latency, enable reprocessing, recovery, and error handling (e.g. via Data Store Objects, DLQ, alerts). • Understand and enforce Message Implementation Guidelines, Integration Advisor standards, naming conventions, version control best practices. • Facilitate transport and change management processes (e.g. CTS+, file transport, change requests, SAP ALM). • Provide architectural guidance, conduct technical reviews, participate in solution and integration architecture decisions. • Mentor junior integration developers and act as subject matter expert internally. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration incidents, support root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and stabilization initiatives. • Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, solution architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, and external vendors to align integration solutions with business needs

• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, providing technical guidance and coaching • Own backend architecture and service design across the platform • Design, develop, and maintain services using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core • Build and evolve microservices-based architectures with clear boundaries and contracts • Design and manage SQL-based data models and work extensively with relational databases • Use Entity Framework and related ORM tools effectively • Implement event-driven and pub/sub patterns using Kafka or similar messaging systems • Build resilient, scalable services deployed on AWS or equivalent cloud platforms • Review code, enforce standards, and ensure best practices around performance, security, and reliability • Maintain a strong test-driven development mindset using xUnit, NUnit, or similar • Collaborate with product and frontend teams on system design and integration • Stay hands-on with development while leading architecture and delivery

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance, reviews, and coaching • Own frontend architecture decisions and ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability • Design and build complex user interfaces using Angular and/or React • Work with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks and tooling • Build and integrate frontend applications with APIs and event-driven backend services • Develop applications using Next.js and NestJS where applicable • Establish best practices for component architecture, state management, performance, and security • Review pull requests, enforce coding standards, and improve code quality • Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate requirements into clean technical solutions • Stay hands-on with development while balancing leadership responsibilities • Identify technical debt and drive refactoring and improvements

• Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments. • Provide technical leadership and training, perform peer code reviews and ensure the BMC team follows development best-practices • Ability to create workflow objects and understanding the existing implementation • Experience in working with BMC Remedy Helix Version 20.03 or higher • Experience with ARS version 8.x, 19.x, 20x - Hands on knowledge in BMC Remedy Workflow objects work experience in troubleshooting AR client and Server logs • Ability to work in a collaborative multiapplication team environment • Generate operational reports and KPI analysis as needed • Prepare client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related • Transform functional requirements into detailed technical designs that represent actionable development tasks • Maintain production system reliability through utilization of change management process • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application
