• As a part of Global Product Group Distribution & Traction Transformers team, you will be responsible for business analysis for core digitalization projects including Digital TrafoSignature, ECS, IBA and Matterport within 25 factories in the portfolio scope • Ensure adherence to data governance standards and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reports and processes within GPG DT Operations Digital area • Collect and design business requirements into required documentation format and templates • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, tools, and methodologies for greater efficiency and scalability • Implement best practices and leverage emerging technologies to improve data analytics capabilities • Provide training and guidance to business teams on the analytics reports, core digital tools, TrafoSignature tool • Collaborate with global teams, HUBs, and factories to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency • Lead functional and business analysis for core projects: Digital TrafoSignature, ECS, IBA, Matterport from business perspective • Perform user acceptance tests and validation together with key-users and IT • Provide digital updates on GPG DT website content with the usage of CMS

• Analyze and interpret data related to hotel contracts, supplier agreements, and content information to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Loading & Contents and Quality Control teams, providing recurring and ad-hoc analyses to identify operational improvement opportunities. • Assist in the preparation of presentations and recommendations based on data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Support analyzing program performance in compliance with contractual and government guidelines • Develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial analyses • Assess and mitigate cost and schedule risks • Ensure accurate funding management and baseline control throughout the contract lifecycle • Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems

• Manage and mentor a small team of business analysts by providing guidance, reviewing deliverables, supporting professional development, and ensuring alignment with project objectives • Work with clients and technical resources to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution • Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications • Make recommendations to improve and support business activities • Gather business requirements through a variety of techniques such as work sessions and interviews then analyze and document client complex business requirements and processes; communicate these requirements to appropriate parties • Create complex test case scenarios to be used in testing; monitor/oversee the testing of business applications to verify that all client requirements are incorporated into the system design • Develop business requirements documents/user stories to support the required modifications • May plan, allocate and monitor work of other business analysts • Understand simple to complex systems and related data to surface actionable insights, demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills • Assist in providing time estimates for project related tasks • Aid in updating process and procedural documentation • Develop basic understanding of technical development cycle of mobile application or web portals • Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc. • Any other task that may be assigned
