Role Description The Digital Shelf Account Coordinator will support the execution and management of our clients’ digital shelf across key retail platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other ecommerce retailers. - Ensure digital shelf initiatives are executed with precision, consistency, and speed. - Deliver high-quality product detail page (PDP) experiences that drive visibility, discoverability, and conversion for clients. - Play a vital role in delivering operational excellence across digital shelf initiatives. - Ensure projects move efficiently from strategy to execution and that retailer requirements are met with accuracy and care. Responsibilities - Partner with Digital Shelf Managers to execute digital shelf strategies and initiatives across assigned accounts. - Submit and manage digital content and asset requests to internal Content and Creative teams. - Coordinate asset uploads, publication corrections, and ongoing content updates across retailer platforms. - Assist in monitoring content health scores, keyword tracking, and retailer platform updates. - Identify and support resolution of errors or content issues within retailer portals. - Maintain organized digital asset libraries and documentation for assigned clients. - Manage workflow and task tracking across cross-functional teams. - Maintain project board hygiene, status updates, and follow-ups for assigned clients and projects. - Support onboarding execution by organizing materials and coordinating internal handoffs. - Ensure smooth transitions from strategy to creative development to final execution. - Proactively flag risks, missing inputs, or bottlenecks that could impact timelines or quality. - Contribute to process documentation and the development of standardized workflows. Requirements - At least 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital content management, project coordination, or related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently. - High attention to detail and strong follow-through. - Comfort working in cross-functional environments with Content, Creative, and Account teams. - Foundational understanding of ecommerce best practices, PDP structure, and digital content principles. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com). - Willingness to travel. Preferred - Working knowledge of content syndication tools (e.g. Syndigo/Salsify) and/or retailer portals (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart SupplierOne, Target POL etc.). - Prior experience with creative workflows and projects. - Experience using Generative AI tools like ChatGPT to solve business problems. Job Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital content management, project coordination, or related field.
