Role Description This role is a unique opportunity for a self-starter and true player/coach to build and optimize the processes, systems, and analytics that will help shape the future of Talent Acquisition (TA) at YPTC. - Own and continuously evolve end-to-end recruiting processes and workflows - Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, standardized hiring processes - Ensure a consistent, impactful candidate and hiring manager experience - Ensure recruiting efforts align with KPIs, metrics, and expectations - Maintain audit readiness and documentation for TA processes - Manage and optimize the ATS, CRM and associated recruiting tools - Lead TA system enhancements, integrations, and vendor implementations - Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting technology and training - Develop and maintain detailed reporting packages, inclusive of recruiting dashboards, that align with KPIs and metrics - Analyze hiring data to provide insights, forecasts, and recommendations to TA Leadership - Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency across systems - Lead cross-functional TA teams and projects - Develop and manage a high performing, engaged team - Oversee recruitment marketing efforts - Responsible for TA budget and vendor and systems selection, implementation, and management - Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for TA projects - Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting in partnership with Finance and HR - Act as a strategic partner to TA leadership and recruiters - Collaborate across the TA team and multiple departments to address firm hiring priorities - Develop and implement training and enablement for recruiters and hiring managers Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting operations, or HR operations - 2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition operations people management role - Extensive experience working within ATS and CRM platforms - Proven ability to utilize, visualize and interpret data and analytics to make recommendations regarding operational and strategic direction - Experience building and managing TA budgets - Excellent project management, vendor management and process improvement skills - Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities - Recruitment marketing experience Preferred - Experience developing and scaling recruiting operations in a professional services or otherwise fast-paced environment - iCIMS Certified Admin Skills and Competencies - Forward thinking mindset with the ability to influence across multiple levels - Collaboration, teamwork and leadership - Operational excellence and process optimization - Data visualization, analysis and reporting (i.e., Microsoft Suite, Power BI, Tableau) - Relationship development with a go together mentality - Outstanding attention to detail - Listening, hearing and learning, communicating (verbal and written) Other Requirements - Reasonably available, if needed, by phone and email outside of normal working hours - Willingness to travel to in-person meetings periodically throughout the year - Occasional travel to events to support critical strategic initiatives
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting operations, or HR operations
- 2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition operations people management role
- Extensive experience working within ATS and CRM platforms
