• Under minimal supervision, interacts with all levels of the organization for purposes of sourcing and recruiting team members. • The primary functions include candidate sourcing, and screening to ensure the timely hiring for open positions with quality candidates. • Responsible for sourcing candidates through cold calling, networking, career fairs, internet postings, on campus recruiting, employee referrals, and minority and other outreach programs. • Provide feedback and recommendations to applicants and hiring managers regarding strengths and development needs of candidates. • Must be willing to travel when needed.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS required or equivalent experience.
- Must have 5 or more years of recruitment experience in the A/E/C industry.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
