Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Program Lead, Stars Enterprise Activation (SEA), drives enterprise alignment and execution of Stars improvement initiatives across the Insurance Operations segment. This role partners closely with analytics, operations, compliance, and clinical teams to implement strategies that improve Stars performance, data quality, and member experience. The Program Lead provides operational oversight, manages cross-functional program delivery, and ensures consistent execution of Stars priorities across Clinical Strategy and the Claims Processing Organization. The Program Delivery Lead develops and executes cross-functional programs in partnership with Insurance Operations. This includes identifying quality/Stars opportunities, developing strategy, program execution, and delivering measurable results. This role is highly visible, partnering with a Principal within Stars Enterprise Activation and working alongside senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Program Delivery & Execution: Manage the delivery of Stars-related projects within Stars Enterprise Activation, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met. - Operational Coordination: Serve as a critical liaison between the principal and functional teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. - Risk & Issue Management: Identify delivery risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed. - Governance & Reporting: Maintain program dashboards, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to leadership. - Cross-Functional Integration: Coordinate with enterprise partners including analytics, quality, compliance, legal, IT, and operational teams to embed Stars strategies into workflows. - Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and increase Stars performance outcomes. - Stars Data Application Identify Stars data opportunities and work across stakeholders to improve data accuracy and compliance. Use your skills to make an impact Role Essentials - Bachelor's degree - 7+ years in program and/or project management within healthcare or insurance operations - Minimum 2 years working with CMS Stars programs - Experience with HEDIS data and analysis - Prior experience coordinating large-scale, multi‑department initiatives - Strong analytical, communication, and relationship building skills - Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms - Excellent Microsoft Office suite skillset; particularly in PPT and Excel Role Desirables - Master’s degree in business administration or related field. - PMP and/or Six Sigma certification. - Experience managing and connecting large data sets (SQL, Python, SAS, etc.) Additional Information To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,200 - $158,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join our Advisory practice, supporting clients through valuation services, FP&A, and M&A advisory services.
