• Manage qualified leads from inbound and outbound teams; run discovery calls (using MEDDPICC) and drive full-cycle deals to close • Collaborate with your Sr. SDR on account targeting, sales strategy, and prospecting to engage top ICP brands • Schedule and deliver compelling online demos for qualified prospects • Uncover customer business needs and position Customer.io’s solutions effectively • Own your numbers: track and report on sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue performance • Self-source pipeline as needed to stay on track for quota attainment • Use value-based selling to clearly communicate the features and benefits of our platform
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of top performance as a Senior Account Executive (or similar) in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently achieving quota and goals
- Familiar with MEDDPICC or a similar structured sales methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, engaging presence
- Ability to uncover business needs and recommend relevant solutions
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solver who can think beyond the ask to find the right solution
- Bonus: experience selling Marketing Technology products.
