• The Senior Sales Analyst will input and manage all aspects of customer projects information within the CRM system • Generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on project technical requirements and customer specific needs • Work closely with the Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance teams to ensure maximum margin contribution • Coordinate and drive departments to provide associated inputs to quotations • Follow up with customers for information and tasking work to outside contractors • Support Account Managers, Sales Directors and other Sales Leaders on the Global Sales Team • Manage day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders • Provide creative input to bid strategy • Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM • Manage all CRM system reporting, improvements and modifications • Generate Sales reports & Presentations, and present to stakeholders • Create and maintain sales models, ensuring positive contribution margin on all Nextpower sales • Work closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on deal structuring and bid strategy • Continually streamline, standardize and improve proposal templates
Job Requirements
- 4+ Years of B2B Sales Support experience
- BS/BA in a business or technical field or equivalent experience
- Sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experience
- Solar experience and passion for solar always a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) systems
- Proven analytical background
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to travel to meet customer 10% of the time

Job Description District Managers serve as direct interface between MNAO and the dealers. District Managers have direct responsibility for consulting dealers to grow & improve revenue, market share, owner loyalty, sales volume, marketing presence and execution of programs in accordance with Mazda BVM philosophies. Consultative Activities - 60% - Marketing- Understanding of our fundamental approach and assurance that dealer’s plans are aligned with MNAO. Set expectations, make recommendations and guide dealers with the utilization of our marketing assets and tools. Ensure compliance, effectiveness and full utilization of co-op marketing funds. - Assist in the development and execution of dealership marketing messages and in dealer merchandising inclusive of execution of marketing messages across multiple platforms including digital/SEM/social. - Market Analysis- Interpret provided data/analytics to develop plans to aid dealers with their specific trends, issues and opportunities based on insightful analysis. - Sales Plans- Ensure dealer execution of integrated Model Line specific sales plans. - Training- Facilitate Product and Process training in support of model line specific sales plans - Annual Business Planning- Alignment of Dealer Plans with MNAO expectations as it relates to Market Share, Loyalty and program throughput to optimize profit potential.
