Job Description

Marketing Campaign Operations Manager

• Partner closely with the marketing team during campaign kickoffs to determine scope • Enable the team on how to effectively operate with the campaign hierarchy and taxonomy • Develop strategic projects to improve the way we track the efficacy of our campaigns • Build processes to connect the dots from campaign spend all the way through to ROI • Manage the creation process of omni-channel, integrated campaigns • Oversee a review/approval process to ensure data integrity and governance across regions • Work with our Salesforce team to identify, diagnose, and triage tracking issues • Determine ways to innovate and improve campaign creation through the use of AI • Own the reporting mechanism for our campaigns, working with our marketers to determine the “stops, starts, and continues”

Job Requirements

  • At least 4-6 years of experience working in marketing operations supporting mid to large marketing organizations
  • An understanding of B2B marketing (paid, offline, ABM) and have experience building and maintaining a scalable campaign process
  • In-depth experience with Salesforce CRM, either as an operator or an administrator
  • Detail-oriented and driven by deliverables
  • Deep experience with a full channel mix, at all stages of the buyer journey
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision making
  • Comfort both working operationally in the tools and formalizing high level frameworks
