Executive Operations Lead, Internal Communications

Prosci

• Serve as a strategic force multiplier for Prosci’s Executive Team. • Operate at the center of our enterprise operating cadence. • Design and facilitate executive operating rhythms. • Drive strategic planning alignment and architect internal communications. • Partner with Executive Team members as a trusted advisor. • Develop and maintain a cohesive enterprise strategy narrative. • Build and steward an enterprise internal communications strategy.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in executive operations, Chief of Staff, enterprise strategy, or senior advisory roles.
  • Significant responsibility for executive-level and/or enterprise communications.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating strategic planning and enterprise operating cadence.
  • Expertise in executive writing, messaging frameworks, editorial governance, and communication planning.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), including use of Copilot.
  • Prosci change management certification strongly preferred.
