Manager – Growth & Platform Operations
DRIVTO
• You will play a key role in increasing DRIVTO’s brand awareness and platform usage • Acquire new organizers and brands • Ensure the platform remains operationally scalable • Plan and execute content initiatives to increase trust and relevance • Manage our social media channels • Plan and run newsletter campaigns to boost conversion • Build strategic partnerships with platforms, media and influencers • Identify and approach potential platform customers (e.g., organizers, brands, clubs) • Schedule and conduct product demos and pitches • Support onboarding of new partners to the DRIVTO platform • Maintain and curate our event offering on the platform • Coordinate concierge requests for bespoke experiences • Ensure clean booking and billing processes • Support the development of scalable processes in organizer management

• Support the COO in designing and maintaining internal systems that enable the organization to operate effectively. • Maintain key internal resources so critical information, decisions, and processes remain visible, searchable, and easy for teams to navigate as the company grows. • Partner with the COO to lead internal initiatives, introducing improved ways of working, and supporting teams as new systems or operational practices are implemented. • Oversee the day-to-day operational management of company technology systems, including employee access, licensing, and basic infrastructure coordination. • Manage vendor relationships, prioritize requests, and ensure timely resolution of technology issues while maintaining high standards for responsiveness, reliability, and service quality. • Serve as a key operational partner to the COO in maintaining financial visibility across the organization. • Assist the COO in supporting the organization’s commitment to disciplined financial management by monitoring spending across teams and ensuring financial practices remain consistent with company priorities. • Support the COO in coordinating the operational rhythm of the enterprise, leadership team and board engagement cycles. • Help maintain focus by supporting the coordination of leadership priorities and schedules. • Coordinate the planning and execution of key company moments including leadership offsites, company gatherings, and industry events. • Support high-priority initiatives led by the COO and leadership team by stepping in to advance urgent or complex workstreams, gathering information across teams, and ensuring important initiatives continue to move forward.
• Conduct safety visits, audits, and GEMBA walks at customer sites across Europe. • Assist with the standardization of safety programs to ensure they are established and maintained in alignment with Packsize’s global safety standards. • Coach and mentor Field Service Engineers on safe work practices including LOTO, machine safeguarding, working at heights, and material handling. • Lead or support incident and near-miss investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed. • Develop and maintain task-based risk assessments and standardized safe work procedures (SOPs) for field service activities. • Serve as the regional point of contact for the Velocity EHS safety management system, ensuring timely reporting of incidents, hazards, inspections, and corrective actions. • Partner with German Works Councils on safety-related topics, initiatives, and consultation requirements. • Collaborate with customers and internal leaders to meet site safety expectations and continuously improve performance. • Support contractor management requirements by developing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and partnering with internal stakeholders to obtain and maintain required health and safety documentation.
