• Independently own and execute our ABM and paid media strategy • Build campaigns • Write ad copy • Launch and manage paid programs • Automate workflows • Generate qualified pipeline • Ensure target accounts are consistently activated across channels • Own execution- from audience creation to campaign launch • Continuously test and iterate to improve performance • Own metrics like: Cost per meeting, Pipeline generated, Account engagement • Improve conversion from ad → meeting • Run experiments to continuously improve results

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel Framework (V12+) • Design and implement REST APIs and create clear documentation • Work on UI/UX development with Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX • Build and consume middleware services and API handlers (PHP) • Integrate AI, GenAI, and NLP capabilities into existing applications • Collaborate with cloud engineers on AWS deployments • Manage and optimize multiple databases • Ensure security compliance through encryption, hashing, and encoding standards • Work with third-party APIs/tools such as Twilio, SendGrid, and Calendar APIs • Partner with Product and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Build and automate target account workflows • Launch and optimize paid media campaigns • Synchronize outbound sales activity with paid marketing • Experiment with messaging and audiences • Drive qualified meetings and pipeline

• Design, implement, and manage AWS-based data infrastructure including Redshift, RDS, and S3 for scalable, high-performance storage and querying. • Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing large-scale platform data. • Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements. • Monitor and tune Redshift performance, manage WLM queues, vacuuming, sort keys, and distribution strategies. • Define and automate data validation and cleansing routines across ingestion points to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Develop and manage automated backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies. • Serve as the primary liaison between the data warehouse and the BI team for enabling Tableau dashboards.
