• Build innovative ways of working by developing AI agents that streamline workflows, derive insights and ensure cohesion across keywords, ads, and landing pages • Analyze the impact of campaign changes and market dynamics on SEM channel performance, providing actionable insights that power future playbooks • Utilize data feeds to create personalized ad experiences across thousands of campaigns that maximize relevance in search results • Develop scalable systems that maximize event coverage on Google’s search results by translating SeatGeek’s internal catalog into campaign inputs • Collaborate with our engineering and analytics teams on roadmaps and solutions that help drive profitable growth within the SEM channel • Clearly communicate insights, strategic recommendations, and outcomes through concise, data-driven summaries

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in an analytical role on a performance-driven team
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of developing impactful learnings
  • Intrinsic motivation with the ability to proactively identify opportunities, execute solutions, and measure outcomes
  • A fan-first mindset with an understanding of how customer experience influences KPIs
  • Familiarity building solutions or streamlining workflows with AI agents and no code automation platforms like Lovable, Airtable, Make, Zapier, etc.
  • Fluency with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Hex, Looker, Mixpanel, etc.) and scripts (google sheets, google ads, etc.) to analyze data, generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience articulating learnings supported by data.
