• Help maintain team SLAs for timely changes • Assist sales teams in designing quotes and contracts, including product bundling, and multi-year "ramp" deals • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for non-standard terms, ensuring all necessary stakeholders (legal, accounting, finance) sign off on exceptions • Support policy and compliance by enforcing "guardrails" regarding discounting levels, revenue recognition standards, and legal liability • Work with sales enablement to train sales representatives on how to use Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad • Identify "friction points" in the sales cycle and implement automation or workflow improvements to increase deal velocity.

• Configures, implements, supports and maintains applications and technical integrations, specifically Epic applications, to meet the needs of the organization. • Serves as a coordinator and collaborates with business operations, information technology, leadership, system users and vendors. • Builds requirements and translates into configuration and business process changes, using knowledge of standard workflows. • Provides routine maintenance and standard build for Epic applications and systems using existing internal processes, policies and procedures. • Provides technical knowledge analyzing Epic vendor software updates and the impact to the business for Epic applications. • Troubleshoots and resolves basic to moderately complex application issues and provides end-user support for Epic applications. • Codes complex functions including building application tables and reports for Epic applications. • Updates testing scripts to incorporate ongoing system development and implementations. • Acts as a resource for Epic colleagues with less experience. • May lead small projects with manageable risk and resource requirements. • Analyzes, prioritizes, and organizes technical requirement specifications, using data, diagrams, and flowcharts to inform decision making. • Solves complex problems, takes a new perspective on existing solutions and exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

• Support development and maintenance of fraud risk policies, strategies, rules, thresholds, decision logic, treatment paths, and control documentation across onboarding and monitoring workflows. • Help build and optimize controls for payment fraud, onboarding risk, account takeover, business email compromise, counterparty fraud, tenant payment fraud, synthetic identity, first-party misuse, bust-out behavior, stolen payment instruments, and emerging typologies. • Document strategy rationale, rule logic, expected impact, monitoring plans, policy considerations, change history, and recommended follow-up actions. • Use SQL to independently query data, validate hypotheses, identify fraud patterns, assess false positives, and evaluate loss exposure, operational impact, and customer friction. • Partner with Risk Data Science & Analytics to translate dashboards, models, features, risk scores, and analytical insights into practical fraud decision strategies and operational controls. • Partner with Onboarding Risk Operations and Risk Monitoring Operations to incorporate case outcomes, queue trends, investigator feedback, alert quality, and operational pain points into strategy improvements. • Review themes from Trust and Safety escalations to identify control gaps, recurring fraud signals, product or process vulnerabilities, or policy needs requiring durable remediation. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Payment Operations, Compliance/AML, Legal, and Operational Excellence on tooling, workflow, data availability, rule implementation, and control monitoring. • Provide concise updates on fraud trends, strategy performance, emerging risks, rule effectiveness, false positive impact, and recommended actions to fraud leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. - English level C1– capable of writing and speaking professionally with international teams. - Advanced Excel skills– including formulas, data analysis tools, pivot tables, and large datasets. - Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. - Previous experience in auditing, financial analysis, or a similar role is a plus.
