• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data platform engineers. • Define and execute the platform strategy and roadmap. • Ensure the design and operation of high-performance pipelines and data services (batch and streaming). • Implement and improve processes for data quality, lineage, access control, and governance. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data teams to deliver end-to-end data products.

• Architect, design, and implement modern web and mobile applications with high quality and scalability. • Write production-level code across the full stack; ensure architectural integrity and technical excellence. • Lead end-to-end technical execution for complex features and systems from design through deployment. • Collaborate directly with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and deliverables. • Influence architectural decisions and technical direction across projects and teams. • Serve as a go-to expert across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, AI/LLMs, frontend/backend frameworks, and DevOps practices. • Evaluate tools, frameworks, and platforms to ensure scalable, modern solutions that align with best practices. • Interface with international clients (primarily U.S.-based) to understand technical needs and offer expert guidance.

• Build and maintain automated test frameworks and suites to validate functionality, performance, and scalability. • Collaborate across engineering, product, and QA teams to create thorough test plans and cases. • Drive test automation strategies—identifying opportunities and implementing highly effective solutions. • Execute automated tests, debug failures, and work closely with developers to resolve issues quickly. • Continuously improve our testing practices, tools, and processes. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture. • Stay on the cutting edge of testing technologies and champion their adoption. • Be part of an Agile team—daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros—you’re in the thick of it.
